This Privacy Policy is in accordance with the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable security and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011 prescribed thereunder, (“Applicable Law”) that is intended to provide you with clear and complete information about the treatment of your Personally Identifiable Data and Information and your Sensitive Personal Data or Information that Crescent collects in connection with the Services/promotions offered by Crescent (expression ‘Service’ as defined in the Terms of Use located at https://crescenttechnologies.net) that is listed on the Crescent Website located https://crescenttechnologies.net and other websites Crescent owns and operates (“Website”); and the way your Personally Identifiable Information and Data and Sensitive Personal Data or Information is stored and used by Crescent.

Provided that, any information that is freely available or accessible in public domain or furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or any other law for the time being in force shall not be regarded as Sensitive Personal Data or Information.

By registering and using the Services listed on our Website you specifically consent to the use and transmission/transfer/sharing of your Sensitive Personal Data or Information to Crescent for the sole purposes of providing the Services/promotions that you wish to avail of from Crescent.  

You shall be at liberty at any time to discontinue the use/transfer/transmission and sharing of any of your Sensitive Personal Data or Information, by writing to us and informing us of the same.

Subject to the foregoing, your Sensitive Personal Data or Information shall be held by us in strict confidence and as per the provisions of the Applicable Law, (which includes the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011), and except as stated herein, we will not disclose any of your Sensitive Personal Data or Information to any other person without your express prior consent.

  • This Privacy Policy covers Crescent’s treatment of your Personally Identifiable Information and Sensitive Personal Data or Information that Crescent collects when you use any of the Services/promotions offered by Crescent that are listed on our Website.
  • This policy does not apply to companies or entities that Crescent does not own or control, or has no contractual relationship with or to people that Crescent does not employ, engage or manage.
